Latitude Technologies Limited ("LATIPAY") is registered as a Financial Service Provider (FSP) on the New Zealand Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) under the Financial Services Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008, for the provision of Payment Services.
LATIPAY is authorised and regulated as a (FSP) under the registration number (FSP455766)
LATIPAY is a Member of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL), a dispute resolution scheme approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
LATIPAY complies with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.
LATIPAY's operation of CNY conversion and cross-border remittance is regulated according to SAFE‘s rules and is endorsed by SAFE and PBoC. State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), together with the PBoC manages and controls foreign currencies in China. People’s Bank of China (PBoC), the central bank of China, sets policies for credits and loans available to Chinese enterprises. Its decisions can affect the cash flow of Chinese importers and final consumers.
